
Luis Sabino

Luis Sabino brings over 20 years of coaching experience across all levels of baseball, from youth development to high school competition. A former player who competed at the AA level in Puerto Rico, Coach Sabino combines firsthand playing experience with decades of teaching and mentorship.
Throughout his career, he has contributed to several respected programs, including Florida Vipers Baseball (his own brand), CBU, The Clubhouse, SBA, Canes Florida, and currently 5 Star Mafia. His passion has always been centered on the training and long-term development of athletes, helping guide numerous players to the collegiate level, including Division I, II, III, and JUCO programs.
Among those he has mentored are his own sons: Dimitri Sabino, currently playing Division II baseball at Coker University in South Carolina. In his first season as a transfer, Dimitri has earned a spot in the lineup in every single game played so far, making an immediate impact at the collegiate level. His younger son, Nathaniel Sabino, a high school junior competing at the highest level with the premier team of TNXL Academy and verbally committed to the University of Arkansas, one of the nation’s top Division I programs.
Coach Sabino is known not only for his deep knowledge of the game and ability to teach it, but also for the lifelong relationships he builds with his players. His philosophy is simple and consistent: “Keep smiling — this is just a kid’s game.”

Paul Coumoulos
Hitting Instructor
Coach Paul brings experience in both collegiate and professional baseball. He was selected in the 2017 MLB Draft and has built an impressive baseball career marked by multiple achievements, He was the 2019 Futures League Home Run Derby Champion and later earned several honors during his collegiate career, including being named the 2021 Sunshine State Conference Batting Champion and receiving All-Region and All-Conference recognition that same year. In 2022, he was recognized as a Preseason All-American. Coumoulos has played three professional seasons, compiling a career batting average of .288.
